Advanced Energy raises the bar with latest plasma power delivery, temperature measurement and control platforms

Visitors to the Advanced Energy booth (Hall 15, booth E35) will have the opportunity to see the company’s latest DC, pulsed DC and bipolar pulsed DC plasma power solutions, as well as products for high-accuracy, high-precision temperature measurement and control. The plasma power supplies ensure stable, reliable, precise power to increase uptime, deposition rates and film quality. Measurement and control technologies are critical for efficient and cost-effective melting, glass viscosity control, heat zone adjustment, annealing and stress reduction.

The company will also demonstrate how embedded PowerInsight by Advanced Energy® software provides actionable intelligence that can be applied to optimize processes for improved throughput and yield, as well as reduce unplanned equipment downtime.
