TEGAM Releases New MET/CAL® Procedures for RF Power Sensor Calibration

Veröffentlicht April 09, 2015

Expands the capability of the widely used PMX Series calibration system while increasing the RF calibration workload of MET/CAL®

Advanced Energy's TEGAM, the leading supplier of innovative RF power sensor calibrations systems , in a joint effort with Fluke Calibration, has produced a number of procedures for the calibration of RF power sensors up to 50 GHz.  This initial release supports 28 of the most popular sensors manufactured by Keysight (formerly Agilent and Hewlett Packard), Anritsu, Rohde & Schwarz and Advanced Energy's Tegam.  MET/CAL® is the leading calibration automation software platform that is continuing its expansion into RF applications. “We combined our RF calibration experience with Fluke Calibration specialists to extend the range of applications that MET/CAL® can cover” said Adam Fleder, President of TEGAM.  “In addition, support for the new Fluke 96270A reference signal generator was incorporated to open up the possibility of calibrating spectrum analyzers and oscilloscopes.” These new procedures are intended to operate on Tegam’s PMX Series calibration system. The PMX system incorporates the signal generators, network analyzers, microwave power standards and other accessories for turn-key calibrations. Customers can choose systems configured with instruments from Keysight, Gigatronics, Fluke, Anritsu and Rohde & Schwarz.
