Russell House Accepts Position of Vice President of Engineering Role at TEGAM, Inc.

GENEVA, Ohio–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TEGAM, Inc., a world-wide leader in the design and manufacture of test, measurement and calibration instrumentation, announces Russell House as the new Vice President of Engineering.

As part of the TEGAM strategic growth plan, co-owners Andy Brush and Adam Fleder recognized the need for a leader capable of driving new product development.

“TEGAM continually invests in Research & Development of products and calibration techniques. TEGAM Standards are used around the world in commercial labs, by every branch of the US Military, by NATO allies as well as by several National Metrology Institutes.”

According to Andy Brush, “It was critical that we find a VP of Engineering that not only recognized the implicit value of the TEGAM brand but one who could create the next generation of instrumentation. A leader in the engineering field who will rise to the challenges introduced by some of the most discerning consumers of test equipment in the world. We have found that leader in Russell House.”

Russell House earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Master of Science in Management Engineering at the University of Bridgeport. Russ has enjoyed a successful career in engineering and manufacturing rising through the ranks at well-respected organizations including Keithley Instruments and most recently, Avtron Aerospace. Russ has made noteworthy advances in production cost reduction, improving on-time delivery and product research, development, production and marketplace introduction.

“From a business perspective, the VP of Engineering is a critical position. Russell’s experience and success liaising between plant operations, sales and customer relations is a unique commodity and one that will positively impact our vision for the future of TEGAM,” Adam Fleder notes.
