Alexander Mezin Joins SL Power Electronics as Field Applications Engineer for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA)

SL Power is proud to announce that Mr. Alexander (“Sasha”) Mezin joined the SLPE team as Field Applications Engineer, EMEA. Alexander is based in Germany and reports directly to Lorenzo Cividino, Director, Global Application and Support. He will work closely with Thorsten Folkerts and Susan Fisher in supporting sales growth in the EMEA region.

Alexander brings over 14 years of experience in pre- and post-sales technical support to the automotive, military and commercial electronics industries. He started his career in the Israel Air Force as an RF technician, then joined LN-Computers as pre/post-sale technical support, and advanced to technical support and maintenance with the Israel Security Agency. Moving to Germany, Alexander worked in hardware development at BMW. Most recently, he was a Field Application Engineer for Vicor, in Munich, supporting Central Europe, Russia and South Africa.

Alexander has a diploma from Amal Technical College, Israel, as well as a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from Munich Technical University. His fluency in Russian, Hebrew, German and English, along with his technical background, will be a real asset in supporting the SLPE EMEA sales team.
