Gary Baker Joins SL Power as Regional Sales Manager UK

Under the SteelGrow Talent Management Program, our goal is to RECRUIT, RETAIN and REWARD high potential people, grow their responsibilities, and promote from within whenever possible. I am pleased to announce the following SL Power newly hired employee.

Gary Baker joins SL Power effective November 16, 2020 as Regional Sales Manager – EMEA. Gary will be based out of the U.K. and will report directly to me. Gary will focus on driving growth in the Industrial and LED/AV and IND segment., recently supported by Kerst Bos prior to his transfer to the medical segment, as well as managing SL Power’s channel partners in the region.

Gary has spent the last 15 years working for Eaton Electric in the UK where he held a variety of senior sales leadership roles including Global Project Sales Director and UK Sales Director. He led a global key account management initiative and supported regional sales throughout EMEA, Asia and North America.

Outside of work, the majority of Gary’s time is taken up with coaching an under-16s rugby team and all the associated support required to develop grassroots sports.
