TEGAM, Inc. Sells Resistance Products to IET Labs Inc.

Advanced Energy's TEGAM is pleased to announce that IET Labs Inc. has acquired certain resistance products from TEGAM, effective 01/12/06. IET Labs Inc. offers a complete, A2LA accredited calibration laboratory, service center already experienced with TEGAM and ESI products, and a wide range of complementary resistance, inductance, and capacitance standards. Both companies are working to make the transition positive for customers. This sale allows TEGAM to focus on developing new products with greater growth and sales potential. TEGAM products that were transferred to IET Labs include: Primary Standards Resistors: SR102, SR104 Transfer Standards: SR1010, SR1030, SR1050 Working Resistance Standards: SR1 Decade Boxes: RS925D, DB62, DB877 Kelvin Varley Dividers: DP1211, DP1311 Resistance Bridges: 242D, 240C.
