LGA110D Demo Kit
There are hardware functions on the demonstration board that allow you to enable and select an output voltage by simple dip-switch settings, and the board provides voltage and ripple measurement points.
The connections to the evaluation board are via M6 screws, with the only provision being that the input voltage is in the 7.5 V to 14 V range. The output connections use the same M6 screws, however, if you want to connect the outputs in parallel or you wish to stack the modules, they are placed in such a way to make the operation of placing a link between them as easy as possible. The demonstration board is populated with two LGA110D modules, allowing you to test independent channel or stacked-module operation.
DC-DC Converters
Advanced Energy’s LGA110D evaluation kit gives you the ability to connect the demonstration board to a USB socket on a PC, with the PMbus interface, dongle and cable provided in the kit and control and monitor the LGA110D units as they would be used in an application.

Sales Strategy for Furnace OEM's
by Janelle CoponenAs we continue to expand our reach and offerings in the Industrial Industry, targeting furnace Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) presents a significant opportunity for growth and market penetration. We are kicking off this latest go-to market campaign in the Americas and will proliferate to other regions in the coming months.
Key furnace OEMs had been identified in the Americas and tailored messaging had been developed to address their specific pain points and communicate our unique value proposition and superior customer service and support. We’ll continue to develop material to help you be successful so please use the supporting documentation for your sales activities.
We encourage each member of the Americas sales team to actively participate in this campaign by identifying prospects in your regions and leveraging your industry contacts and networks to identify potential furnace OEM customers. We have provided and will continue to provide contacts at key accounts we have identified via Salesforce. These can be identified by noting the campaign field in your leads.

eVerest for Industrial Thin Film Coating
July will mark a year since the debut of the eVerest™ RF generator. Since then, it has made the rounds worldwide at many semiconductor tradeshows. The positive impact of RF power on a variety thin-film sputtering applications has been well documented and is in use worldwide today.
New research also shows benefits of RF technology in industrial thin-film sputtering for large-area applications such as glass coating. In fact, at SVC TechCon in May, AE will present joint research with a customer to that effect, and we’ll showcase eVerest in the booth.
eVerest will soon evolve to address the specific requirements of industrial coating. In the near future, new applications and markets will benefit from this exciting RF technology.
