Pyrometer ServicePyrometers: 
 
Due to their lower cost and size, it is common for customers to send their pyrometers in for factory service. Consider offering annual factory calibration, field calibration services for customers with pyrometers up to 1300°C, and our Rapid Exchange program for customers that have more than 12 pyrometers of the same type.

Thermal Imagers ServiceThermal Imagers: 
 
Customers often have their thermal imagers installed in mission critical applications where it cannot be out of service for very long, plus thermal imagers cannot be calibrated in the field. Consider offering annual On-Site “Health Checks” where we verify calibration and perform general user training and preventative maintenance.  

Blackbodies: 
 
Normal usage can affect the important precision of these instruments and when shipped, these devices are subject to a higher risk of damage that can increase costs and lead times.  Consider offering field calibration (excluding the M315 and M345 models) and annual On-Site “Health Checks”, including preventative maintenance kits that can be installed by our Field Engineers.

These systems are installed outdoors or in other harsh environments for critical applications where they cannot be out of service for very long. Because if this, many customers choose to forgo our recommended annual factory calibration. Even so, these conditions often require lens cleaning, system repositioning, and preventive maintenance. Consider offering annual On-Site “Health Checks” to support proper functionality, verify performance, and ensure reliability
