Monica Mendoza Caldera joins SL Power Mexicali as Human Resources Manager

Under the SteelGrow Talent Management Program, our goal is to RECRUIT, RETAIN and REWARD high potential people, grow their responsibilities, and promote from within whenever possible. I am pleased to announce the following SL Power Electronics Mexicali new management member.
Monica Mendoza Caldera joins effective August 9 2021, as Human Resources Manager and reporting to me. Monica will be working closely with Yin Li to align and implement all the corporate initiatives and requirements.
Monica join us with nearly 15 years expertise in Human Resources. Most recently she was Human Resources manager at GKN Aerospace / IVEMSA for 5 years.
Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Cetys Universidad Campus Mexicali.
