Under the SteelGrow Talent Management Program, our goal is to RECRUIT, RETAIN and REWARD high potential people, grow their responsibilities, and promote from within whenever possible. As a result, I am pleased to announce the following SL Power new hire.

Matt Effron officially joins SL Power effective September 1, 2020 as our new Global Product Line Manager for the LED/AV segment. He will be based remotely in Raleigh, NC and report directly to me. Matt will focus his efforts on gathering VoC and driving the development of product roadmaps and marketing initiatives for the LED/AV segment.

Matt brings over 12 years of product management experience from Eaton, Inoac Jyco Asia, and most recently, Schneider Electric. Matt holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from EIT and a MBA of International Executive from Rutgers University.
