SL Power Launches Live Chat Feature for Website

SL Power has launched a Live Chat feature, which is now available on www.slpower.com. The new feature allows users to interact with SL Power representatives in real time.
This feature was developed to enhance the customer experience when visiting the SL Power website and provide an additional, hassle-free channel of communication to SL Power representatives.
Power-Bot has been developed with a degree of AI (Artificial Intelligence), which enables the automated chatbot to assist users in several different ways, such as, finding an ideal power solution, pulling up specific product datasheets, helping to navigate the website, and more.
The integration of the Live Chat feature demonstrates SL Powers commitment to providing the best service possible for our customers.
