SEMICON Korea Advanced Energy
At this year’s SEMICON Korea, February 19 - 21 in Seoul, South Korea, the topics that stood out were energy efficiency and the performance to enable advanced technology nodes. Advanced Energy (AE) was an exhibitor and featured a new product launch and energy-efficient products for the semiconductor industry.

This event was an opportunity for AE to connect with industry leaders, potential partners and customers who share our passion for innovation and performance. As industries continue to prioritize sustainability and cost-effectiveness, visitors to AE’s booth (A554) were able to see how our solutions reduce energy consumption while maintaining top-tier performance.

Advanced Energy unveiled new RF diagnostic cart

Advanced Energy announced our new Omni™ RF diagnostic cart. With a live demo, visitors to the AE booth experienced firsthand how our Omni cart enables RF calibration and diagnostics in customer facilities. Many visitors were excited about the ability to measure multiple frequencies with a single cart. The positive feedback reinforced our belief that this uniquely capable and mobile calibration and diagnostics capability will be a game changer.

“I was proud to represent the Global Services team in launching the Omni RF diagnostic cart,” said Sarah Williams, Advanced Energy’s lead applications engineer for Global Services, Plasma Power Products. “It was gratifying to be able to demonstrate this new product and receive interest from many attendees. We are excited for this latest addition to our portfolio and look forward to hearing customer success stories in the near future.”

Included alongside the new Omni™ RF diagnostic cart, Advanced Energy showcased leading semiconductor plasma power, power conversion, and critical temperature measurement products that help our customers make leaps forward in innovation.
