Thermistor-based RF power sensors are recognized as the most accurate way to measure and transfer RF power. Advanced Energy's thermistor power meters were designed to reduce uncertainties and accommodate a broader variety of RF power sensors. We leveraged our experience building Type IV bridges to develop superior DC substitution power meters with advanced analog and digital electronics that provide the lowest possible uncertainties in a portable instrument.
